Brad Roberson is an accomplished executive leader with more than two decades of experience guiding multi unit franchise operations, accelerating business growth, and building high performance teams across North America. As Senior Vice President for CorporateConnections, he brings a proven record of driving strategic expansion, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement across diverse industries—including home services, HVAC, fitness, and commercial glass.
Brad began his franchising career in 2003 after acquiring an independent glass company in Mississippi, later expanding to operate multiple Glass Doctor® locations. As a franchisee, he earned numerous accolades—including Franchisee of the Year, President’s Award, and multiple Top Gun distinctions—demonstrating his deep commitment to operational excellence and customer experience.
Transitioning into corporate leadership, Brad went on to hold senior roles including President of Glass Doctor® and President of Aire Serv®, where he led networks of 200–250+ franchise locations. His leadership is marked by consistent revenue growth, successful business conversions, technology modernization initiatives, and the development of coaching and talent building programs that strengthened franchisee performance nationwide.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Mississippi State University. He and his wife, Paula, live in Wesson, Mississippi, and are proud parents of two sons, Reid and Jake—both Mississippi State Bulldogs.
