National Director
Chinzorig is an experienced leadership trainer and business coach. He is the founder of Coach Lab Academy, the first professional training center that develops trainer skills in Mongolia. Chinzorig has mentored politicians, including Mongolian presidents and Parliamen members. He has also held business trainings and served as a coach in 23+ highly developed countries.
In 2021, Chinzorig launched BNI Mongolia as the National Director. Since that time, he has founded 14 chapters within 5 provinces, growing to over 700 members. Previously, he owned a Dale Carnegie Training franchise.
Chinzorig is a proud husband and father to four children–three sons and one daughter.

Evgeniya is an Erickson executive coach and Transformational coach. She has been the Executive Director of BNI Mongolia since 2021, building their operations from scratch and growing the community to what it is today.
She has held a successful career in various fields of sales, including FMCG, MLM, and Hospitality. She most recently served as the business development director of Mongolia and East Siberia, Russia, for Siberian Wellness Corporation.
Evgeniya is the mother of two sons. She will serve as the Key Person for CorporateConnections Mongolia.
