National Director, Taiwan
Smart graduated from Taipei Institute of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering in 1980. He later completed training to become a management consultant.
Smart is accomplished in Continuing Education Training, has participated in various businesses, and held roles in corporate management. He has a special focus on spiritual growth activities and enjoys helping others to attain their goals.
Smart joined BNI in 2006, became the first ED of BNI Taiwan and the first to have more than a thousand Members in the franchise. In April 2018, Smart became a BNI ND which has since grown from 3,000 to over 8,000 Members as of March 2023.
National Director, Taiwan
A Taipei native, Qmei was educated in journalism and WOM (word-of-mouth) marketing at the top-ranked school in Taiwan. Qmei has always been interested in training and development and has 20 years of experience in the field.
Qmei’s expertise is in brand transformation and IP licensing marketing. She has collaborated extensively with several well-known domestic and international companies. Due to her passion of diversified learning, she is active in many different communities, as a consultant or instructor.
Qmei joined BNI in 2014, taking on the role of Executive Director in 2020. In just over two years, she developed 14 chapters with more than 600 Members. Qmei will serve as a National Director and key person at CC Taiwan, to promote its development along with Smart.
Qmei’s interests include mountain climbing, playing the piano, and ballroom dancing. She once ranked second place in a national dancing competition. She is looking forward to further life experiences in her new CC role and helping Members also achieve extraordinary experiences on their CC journey.
