Among her leadership roles in multinational corporations, Victoria Becker coached CEOs in the success of their organizations and strategic plans across Central & Eastern Europe. She set up an advocacy association in 2008, followed by a position as General Secretary (CEO) of an NGO in Geneva. Her background also includes experience as a Practice Director in the dental field. She is currently an Examiner of candidates at Federal Exams for Sales & Marketing Managers and a Board Member of a Foundation, acting as a hub for 80+ NGOs.
Having grown up in a large family and experienced multiple relocations, she has learned that fighting alone builds character. But also know that at a certain level, isolation is no longer an option. Alongside one’s peers, everything changes: decisions become clearer, challenges are overcome, and success is shared.
Multicultural, multilingual, Victoria speaks French, German, English, and Armenian; has a full understanding of Swiss German; and has a good knowledge of Italian and Arabic, as well as some Turkish.
