With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Erik is also the long‑time owner of werkbroek.be, a company specializing in workwear and personal protective equipment, which he has operated since 2004. His earlier leadership includes serving as an Area Director Consultant for BNI Global, where he focused on transforming business practices and supporting member growth from 2016 to 2022.
Known for his collaborative spirit, Erik is recognized internationally for strengthening cross‑border business relationships and championing opportunities for leaders to exchange insights, innovate, and grow.
