Through an introduction made by Taichi Ito, National Director of Japan, Keita met Koichi Kobori of Sphere Law Office who in turn connected Keita to a Taiwanese investment bank executive.
High-Value Deals in Motion
This collaboration brought 10 Taiwanese investor clients to Japan for property tours in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo. Applications for ¥3.5 billion in Tokyo properties and ¥800 million in Osaka are already underway, with concrete purchases expected soon.
Future Plans
Keita aims to formalize this system and host regular investment tours, positioning himself as a bridge between Japan and Taiwan as well as Japan and overseas markets.
