For Keita Fujimoto, CEO of Uemachi Real Estate Co., Ltd., CorporateConnections became the gateway to international investors. Through an introduction made by Taichi Ito, National Director of Japan, Keita met Koichi Kobori of Sphere Law Office who in turn connected Keita to a Taiwanese investment bank executive. 

High-Value Deals in Motion 

This collaboration brought 10 Taiwanese investor clients to Japan for property tours in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo. Applications for ¥3.5 billion in Tokyo properties and ¥800 million in Osaka are already underway, with concrete purchases expected soon. 

Future Plans 

Keita aims to formalize this system and host regular investment tours, positioning himself as a bridge between Japan and Taiwan as well as Japan and overseas markets.
