His business journey spans hospitality, real estate, F&B, and manufacturing. Sectors he’s navigated not as a passive investor, but as a hands-on builder. Each venture has sharpened the same instinct: find the opportunity others overlook, put the right people around it, and see it through.
What drew him to CorporateConnections wasn’t just the business case. He is the Co‑Founder and National Director of CorporateConnections® in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where he helps cultivate an exclusive community of established entrepreneurs focused on peer learning, strategic collaboration, and transformational growth.
Nihar also serves as a Director at Trinity Partners, a commercial real estate consulting firm supporting global and domestic brands with expansion and workspace strategies. Previously, he co‑founded Estique Decor Productions, growing it into a leading event design firm serving 3,000+ clients before a successful exit in 2019.
His corporate career includes leadership roles at LinkedIn and WeWork, where he launched new markets, led high‑performing teams, and drove measurable growth and profitability. With experience across FMCG, technology, real estate, and technology, Nihar brings a rare blend of strategic discipline, community‑building expertise, and people‑centric leadership.
He is an expert at launching new markets and building sustainable team. A thought leader and speaker, he is passionate about process excellence, sustainable growth, and creating platforms where leaders can thrive. Beyond work, he is an avid learner with interests in astronomy and sustainability.
Operations Director, India AP & TS
Tanuja M is the Operations Director of CorporateConnections India AP & TS. She plays a key role in building and strengthening a thriving community of business leaders through structured networking and meaningful relationships. Over the past five years, she has been instrumental in the growth of the region from the founding launch of CC India 3 to the expansion of multiple Chapters.
With over 20 years of professional experience across global brands, Tanuja combines strong corporate discipline with exceptional community-building capabilities. A certified business coach, she brings strategic insight, structured thinking, and a people-centric approach to leadership and business growth. What Tanuja values most about leading her region is the opportunity to nurture meaningful relationships. Shashank Chintamani is an operations leader, entrepreneur, and project management specialist with a proven record of building and scaling high‑performing businesses. Currently serving as the Operations Director for CorporateConnections® India – AP & TS, he drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the region.
Shashank is the founder of Slice’d – The Gourmet Pizzeria, a brand he conceptualized and launched in 2021 with a vision to elevate Hyderabad’s urban pizza experience. Under his leadership, Slice’d achieved consistent 50% year‑over‑year revenue growth, strengthened its digital presence, and earned strong customer ratings, before successfully transitioning to investor ownership and expanding into a cloud‑kitchen model.
With experience spanning project management, operations, customer experience, and cross‑functional team leadership, Shashank has delivered agile software deployment projects, ERP implementations, and strategic operational improvements in both India and Australia. His earlier roles at Stratex Whitespace, Bluepac Constructions, and Crust Gourmet Group further shaped his expertise in process optimization, stakeholder management, and team development.
Shashank holds a Master’s in Management (Project Management) from Melbourne Business School and is certified in Agile Project Management. He is passionate about leveraging entrepreneurial thinking to drive organizational impact and is always open to collaboration and new opportunities.
