One way this commitment comes to life globally is through our partnership with Kiva.
CorporateConnections proudly partners with Kiva, a global nonprofit that provides access to capital through microloans for entrepreneurs and small business owners who lack traditional financing. By supporting Kiva, CorporateConnections helps unlock economic opportunity, promote self-reliance, and strengthen communities worldwide. This partnership reflects our belief that sustainable growth begins by empowering individuals at the grassroot level.
Turning a Global Leadership Summit Into Local Impact in Japan
Our Global Leadership Summit (GLS) brings together leaders from around the world to connect, collaborate, and challenge their thinking. But the impact of GLS extends far beyond the event itself. Following GLS in Japan, materials used during the Summit were donated to Rinsen Elementary & Kindergarten School in Shibuya. These resources were repurposed to support local education, ensuring they continued to create value long after the event concluded.
Extraordinary Experiences in Vietnam: Leadership That Builds Futures
In Vietnam, the CorporateConnections Hanoi 1 Chapter brought CSR to life in a deeply human way. During the winter months, Members and friends came together to support the construction and improvement of a kindergarten in Can Chai village, Tan Lap commune, Lao Cai province, a remote mountainous region.
Through this collective effort nearly 50 preschool children now learn in a safe, clean, and warm environment. Classrooms were equipped with heaters, carpets, curtains, clothing, and essential supplies. Children and teachers gained stability, comfort, and dignity during harsh winter conditions. More than a donation, this project was an Extraordinary Experience—one where relationships, leadership, and purpose aligned to create lasting impact.
From Coimbatore to the World: Empowering Farmers Through Purposeful Action
In India, the CorporateConnections—Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Pondicherrycommunityis demonstrating how leadership can drive economic transformation at scale. Through an ongoing CSR initiative, CorporateConnections Coimbatore contributed ₹23 lakhs in its first phase to Isha Foundation’s project, “Rural Livelihood Enhancement by Empowering Farmers.”
This initiative addresses urgent challenges faced by Indian farmers, including exploitation by middlemen, delayed harvesting and inadequate infrastructure, and debt cycles and limited access to markets. With over 85% of farmers not wanting their children to continue farming, sustainable change is urgent. Through the Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) model, Isha Foundation drives long-term impact by improving market access, credit linkages, training, infrastructure, efficiency, and food security. The vision is ambitious yet actionable: 200–300% growth in the rural agrarian sector over the next 3–4 years.
