Born in Nagoya, Japan in 1975, Taichi Ito graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston and studied at the University of Oxford, New College, in the United Kingdom. He is a Certified Franchise Executive™️ (CFE), accredited by the International Franchise Association.
After spending nearly a decade overseas, Taichi began his career at the London office of CIENA, a U.S.-based IT networking company. He later returned to Japan and built his career with LLADRÓ, a European luxury brand, where he refined his expertise in sales, international negotiation, and market development. He went on to serve as Sales Director for Japan and Asia, leading successful expansion efforts across the region. He later became Japan Country Manager for the New York-based men’s apparel brand O.N.S.
In 2018, Taichi played a key role in launching CorporateConnections® Japan. Today, he serves as CEO of LIC Global K.K. and LIC Partners K.K., as well as National Director of CorporateConnections® Japan and Singapore. He also serves as President of the global Franchise Advisory Council, collaborating closely with National Directors and global leadership teams around the world.
Through CorporateConnections®, Taichi has built a trusted international network of more than 3,000 business leaders, franchise executives, and entrepreneurs. His mission is to create environments where business owners can make high-level decisions alongside trusted peers, cultivate lifelong relationships, and achieve sustainable growth. He is currently leading the development of one of Asia’s most respected executive communities, with a long-term vision of helping cultivate more than 100 Japanese companies exceeding ¥10 billion in annual revenue.
In 2026, Taichi published his book, The Nine-Figure CEO – The Mindset That Breaks Every Growth Ceiling, sharing his perspectives on leadership, decision-making, relationship capital, and branding for entrepreneurs and owner leaders. He is recognized for his cross-cultural communication skills, strategic thinking, calm decision-making under pressure, and ability to bridge people, cultures, and opportunities across international markets.
As a lifelong learner and global citizen, Taichi continues to deepen his knowledge through an MBA program in the United States while traveling extensively around the world. Outside of business, he enjoys traveling, visiting museums and historical landmarks, exploring local cultures and cuisine, and experiencing wellness and sauna traditions from different countries.
His personal vision is to continue building meaningful global relationships while contributing to the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders, and internationally minded business communities.
