A Broader Horizon Through Global Connection

At the start of his journey with CorporateConnections^®, Ricardo Montoya, Member of CC Mexico I, was not fully aware of the scale or depth of the international connections and Global Leadership Summit (GLS) experience. Like many leaders first engaging with the network, he had limited visibility into the global community and the level of connection it offered across countries and industries.

That perspective began to shift when he realized there was an opportunity to connect with Members from different parts of the world. The idea of engaging with global leaders introduced a new way of thinking about business growth and professional relationships. What initially felt like a local or regional experience quickly expanded into something much broader in scope.

As he stepped into the experience, Ricardo describes a clear realization: The opportunity was far greater than he had originally imagined. GLS was not only about attending an event, but about entering a global environment where ideas, experiences, and leadership perspectives are shared openly across borders.

This exposure created a meaningful mindset shift. It highlighted how leadership today is increasingly shaped by global awareness and connection, rather than being limited to a single geography or market.
