Hiroshi Matsumoto’s, Chapter Director of CC Tokyo Shibuya, professional career has long been rooted in Japan, working primarily with Japanese clients and partners. His business growth felt structured, consistent, and localized. However, attending the CorporateConnections^® Global Leadership Summit in 2025 created a defining shift in his perspective.
